Sa panahong nakikape lang ang ilang minister sa kapwa minister ay pastor na agad kinabukasan, hindi nakapagtatakang there are various aspects in the ministry that lack attention resulting in mismanagement of God’s church. This fumbling sometimes leads to division-dishonoring to God and the church, receiving disdain from the community where it is located.
